		<description>Excellent charts. Can you run some for zip code 27519? Since 94305 just covers the greater Stanford Campus area, that explains the high proportion  
of age group 20-29. Same goes for income dist. since 27513 covers  
suburb with working professionals it leans towards wealthy side than 
more of a student pop. of 94305.</description>
